JAKARTA-Three subsidiary of PT Pertamina (Persero) plans to carry out initial public offering (IPO) as those are considered has good performances compared with other subsidiaries. Deputy for Strategic and Manufacturing at Ministry of SOEs Dwijanti Tjahjahningsih said the Company is going to publicly listed PT Pratama Tuga, PT Pertamina Drilling Services Indonesia, and PT Pertamina Gas. According to him, the current holding company is reviewing the strengths and weaknesses of the three subsidiaries. After go public, the three companies are expected to provide additional value to the Company and its shareholders. "Pertamina is still reviewing the subsidiaries which are ready to go public," he said, Thursday (21/2). (msw)
